In this previous post we discussed SELF INTELLIGENCE, and how it is such an important aspect of life. Not only is it unique to you, but you can improve it.

 

That’s why we’re here, right – to become the best version of ourselves… Well, working on your Self Intelligence is a vital foundation in that.

 

Next comes PHYSICAL INTELLIGENCE – everything about your physical self; movement, nourishment, sleep, rest, stress and appearance.

To become your best, we must work on these areas, and work on improving your Physical Intelligence.
