One question that more men should be asking themselves:

thinker manWhat kind of man am I?

Well, my challenge for you today is to ask if of yourself.

Are you fit, strong, healthy? Are you happy? Can you relax and handle stress? Are you an awesome dad, brother, son, mate, lover, boss/employee? Do you have purpose and direction in life? Are you following your plan, or someone else’s?

In order to get a check on this, and gain some perspective, as well as some actions to take, I’ve put together this clip. This should help you get an idea of how to evaluate yourself and start to figure what you may need to give some attention to.

Does this video pose any tricky questions or points for you?

Remember that working your way out of any struggling areas needn’t be the toughest thing in the world, but with the right information and a thirst and hunger to make a change, you can do it. Just remember that doing it all on your own isn’t necessarily the best option. Gaining valuable accountability from people close to you, and potentially a quality coach, are smart ways to increase your compliance and success down the line.

So, figure out what needs work and start doing it. No one else will do it for you.
